Our Terms and Conditions outline Raj Events’ services, including event decorations for weddings, ceremonies, showers, birthdays, and all marriage events. They detail booking procedures with a non-refundable deposit, payment requirements, cancellation policies, client responsibilities for accurate event details and venue accessibility, and Raj Events’ ownership of intellectual property. Additionally, they limit liability for indirect damages, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding between us and our clients.

Raj Events specializes in providing comprehensive event decoration services tailored to weddings, ring ceremonies, baby showers, birthdays, and all types of marriage events. Our services include initial consultation to understand your vision, detailed design planning, efficient setup, and meticulous teardown post-event. We ensure every decoration aligns with your preferences and enhances the ambiance of your special occasion, reflecting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

To secure our services, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation. This deposit serves to reserve your event date and initiates the planning process. The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to the event date, ensuring seamless execution of our decoration services. Payment methods accepted include credit card payments, bank transfers, or other mutually agreed-upon methods, facilitating flexibility and convenience for our clients.

In the event of a cancellation, clients are required to provide written notice to Raj Events. The non-refundable deposit will not be returned, serving as compensation for reserved resources and planning efforts undertaken on behalf of the client. Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on the proximity of the cancellation to the scheduled event date, compensating for potential lost opportunities and administrative costs incurred.

Clients play a crucial role in ensuring the success of their event decorations by providing accurate and detailed event information during the booking process. This includes specifying event dates, venue details, thematic preferences, and any specific requirements essential for delivering personalized decoration services. Additionally, clients must ensure the accessibility of the venue for timely setup and teardown, facilitating smooth coordination and execution of our services.

All creative elements, designs, and materials conceptualized and produced by Raj Events remain our intellectual property. This includes but is not limited to custom decor designs, thematic concepts, and proprietary materials used in event decorations. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, replicating, or using these intellectual properties for commercial or personal purposes without prior written consent from Raj Events, safeguarding our creative integrity and unique artistic contributions.

While Raj Events strives for flawless execution and customer satisfaction, we acknowledge limitations regarding unforeseen circumstances that may impact event preparations and execution. Therefore, we maintain limitations on our liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to financial losses, missed opportunities, or emotional distress. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client, providing assurance and clarity regarding our responsibilities and accountability in delivering exceptional event decoration services.
