However, please note that all payments, including the non-refundable deposit to secure your event date, are non-refundable under any circumstances. The non-refundable deposit and any payments made cover initial planning and preparation costs incurred by Raj Events and are non-refundable regardless of the timing and circumstances of your cancellation. If you need to modify your booking details, such as event date, venue, or decoration specifications, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We strive to accommodate changes to ensure your event requirements are met effectively and seamlessly.

At Raj Events, we prioritize customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event of any issues or concerns regarding our decoration services during your event, please notify us immediately. If we are unable to fulfill our contractual obligations due to force majeure events, clients will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
